Review of My Little Feather Plush Owl!
It would be near impossible for me to choose a "favorite plush" from my *ahem* sorry... Rozzlyn's plush collection. But I gotta say, in a sea of pink, black, and lime green - our new punky owl from My Little Feather stands out...
I have been a huge fan of My Little Feather from the moment I first say her OH SO CUTE pirate owls... I mean seriously, how can you not love them!! In an Etsy world full of plush, My little Feather has really found her niche and made them her own. If you havn't yet - be sure to "like" her on facebook so you can see the new plush as the are posted.
When My Little Feather contacted my about a revie I literally squealed with delight. I had already showed her a ton of love just by seeing her awesome product online... but the idea of getting my hands on one! LOVE!!! We worked together to come up with the perfect one to match Rozzlyn's room.
The colors and prints coordinate perfectly with her bedding...
I love the color of pink that she used in the felt and on the wings... and just the little pops of lime green...
And if you noticed.. the scribble skulls print is one I used in her quilt and her bumpers!
How cute is that little r on the butt?! That was an awesome surprise I didn't see until I got it in the mail. The quality that comes from this shop absolutely blew my mind. Each stitch is perfect... every detail is carefully thought out... creating a high-quality item thats worth every penny... and the price? Totally reasonable for a plush of this size. *which makes me happy as I consider my next owl* I just love watching Ms. Rozzlyn inspect the different prints and textures...
Her little fingers are too cute feeling the textures of the buttons and threads.
My next purchase most definitely has to be one with glasses and a mustache... what?! Hipster owl?! Oh yes... she makes those too ;)
So - needless to say... Ms. Rozz approves completely...

The Caterpillar Crawl. Boon Review
This week I was given the chance to review an AWESOME new Boon product... The Boon Caterpillar Snack Stack Container. They can be found on Amazon for just $12, and are worth every penny.
Each Caterpillar snack stack somes with a trio of separate containers... They all interlock together for easy travel... and all come completely apart for easy cleaning. And for easy snacking? Each canister has a slider on the side with an opening about the size of a quarter. Just slide it open, give it a little shake, and snack away! SO when I was packing up for our picnic this afternoon, I knew I needed to bring it along... In the photo you see it holding some Panjas, some Annie's organic Bunny Snacks, and some Earth's Best Gram Cracker Sticks. I wanted to use things of different sizes and shapes to see how easy they were to get out... and they all were great. You could also use it for cut up fruits and vegis. They options are endless! Like the Boon site says "There's nothing worse than having a purse full of crumbled snacks spilling out of tired plastic baggies. Caterpillar Stack lets you keep all your snacks safe and intact while on-the-go. The snack lid lets little hands in but keeps treats where they belong, which is not on the floor of your car."
Amazing right!? I definitely urge you to go grab one... Like I mentioned, Amazon has them, as well as the Boon website and many other While Im lusting over Boon products... Check these out below :)
I WISH I would have found this before Rozz was born, but she is almost out of the baby tub now... But come on, seriously!? How awesome!?!!? A collapsable baby tub thats fashionable, functional, and affordable @ just $69.99. Thats a win in my book!
And I am most definitely adding the new GLO to my wish list for Rozzlyns room. This is by far the coolest night light I have EVER, ever seen.

"The Other F Word"
If you havn't already heard me ranting about the awesomeness of "The Other F Word" you're seriously missing out... I am so madly in love with the idea of this movie, I can hardly even begin to explain. About a a couple years ago I bought hubby the book "Punk Rock Dad" written by the punk rock dad Jimmy, from Pennywise. The book was so hilarious, so raw, so real... and so inspiring... that I expect this movie to be all that times 10... The have an amazing cast... "With a large chorus of punk rock's leading men - Blink-182's Mark Hoppus, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea, Rise Against’s Tim McIlrath - THE OTHER F WORD follows Jim Lindberg, a 20-year veteran of the skate punk band Pennywise, on his hysterical and moving journey from belting his band's anthem ”F--k Authority,” to embracing his ultimately authoritarian role in mid-life: fatherhood. Other dads featured in the film include skater Tony Hawk, Art Alexakis (Everclear), Mark Mothersbaugh (Devo), Tony Adolescent (The Adolescents), Fat Mike (NOFX), Lars Frederiksen (Rancid), and many others." Im so excited to see this awesome group of guys come together to talk about the trials and tribulations of parenthood... through the eyes of touring punk rock dads.
